Refund & Return Policy
At Fanatics of Canada, we operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or a receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@fanaticsgroups.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided after your return request is approved.
If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

personalised or custom-made products (such as customised jerseys or special orders)

personal care goods

hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
14-day cooling-off period (Canada)
If applicable under your local consumer protection laws, you may request a cancellation or return within 14 days of receiving your order.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
